 Terms and Conditions

  1. Appointment Requests

By submitting a booking request through our website, you acknowledge that:

  • The selected appointment time is a preliminary request and will be confirmed by our team based on technician availability.
  • Appointments are subject to rescheduling based on unforeseen circumstances or weather conditions.
  1. Free Estimates

We offer free on-site estimates for new installations, including:

  • Security camera systems
  • Access control systems
  • Network cabling
  • Audio and video systems

These estimates do not include diagnostics or repairs. For existing systems or troubleshooting, please refer to our Service Call policy below.

  1. Service Calls

Service Calls are intended for diagnostics and minor repairs. They are billed at $150/hour (minimum 1 hour).
If a larger job is required following the diagnostic, the full amount paid for the Service Call will be credited toward your final project invoice.

  1. Cancellations & Rescheduling

To avoid charges, any cancellation or rescheduling request must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
Missed appointments or same-day cancellations may incur a service fee.

  1. Travel Fees

Appointments located outside of our standard service area or in remote-access zones may be subject to additional travel fees. We will notify you in advance if this applies.

  1. Liability

DataPro Communications is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or third-party service interruptions. We strive to meet all scheduled appointments and will communicate proactively regarding any changes.
